Silent Art Auction 

Part of the 2008 GeekAid fundraising effort is our annual GeekAid Silent Art Auction which will take place at this year's GeekAid 2008 Music and Art Festival on Saturday August 16^th, at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.  The public will have a chance view all donated items, and write down their bid for any piece that they are interested in purchasing.  At the end of the auction, the winners can pay for art and take it home!   All proceeds from the sale of art go to the 2008 GeekAid scholarship fund. 

GeekAid of Michigan is recognized as a non-profit organization by the IRS so all donated art is tax deductable.  Every gallery and every artist that donates their work to GeekAid 2008 will be added to our list of sponsors.  Your banner or logo will be added to our website and we will be happy to add a link to your website.  Banners and signs for sponsors will be posted at the event (near the stage) and included in promotional materials.
